Key Responsibilities:
- Aggressive Market Hunting: Proactively seek out and acquire new B2B clients within the mid-scale Horeca segment through cold calling, canvassing, and networking.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, converting cold leads into active buying customers.
- On-Site Product Demonstrations: Visit commercial kitchens to conduct hands-on product trials, proving the effectiveness of our cleaning supplies directly to chefs and decision-makers.
- Needs Analysis & Pitching: Understand the specific cleaning and sanitation pain points of mid-sized F&B businesses and pitch tailored, cost-effective product packages.
- Sales Target Achievement: Consistently hit or exceed monthly New Customer Acquisition targets and sales volume KPIs.
- Market Feedback: Gather insights on local competitors and market pricing to help the company stay competitive.

Kualifikasi
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in B2B field sales, direct sales, or canvassing. Experience selling to cafes, restaurants, or the FMCG sector is highly desirable.
- The "Hunter" Mindset: Highly resilient, persistent, and not afraid of rejections. You must love the hustle of acquiring new clients.
- Communication & Hustle: Excellent persuasive communication and negotiation skills. Comfortable pitching directly to business owners or busy kitchen staff.
- Language: Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is a plus.
